The restaurant manager personally apologized to us and did get the food to us within 10 minutes. I did have a little trouble with the food. When it came to pay the bill it was higher. Once you are outside the north exit of Yokohama Station, there are maps that help you find the overhead walkways to get to Yokohama Bay Quarter. For any warm sunny day, this is a perfect place to just relax and enjoy a beer or two as well as some good food. It was ok. We even got a couple glasses of beer as an apology. Prices are fair.Menu is avaliable in English - and they offer some nice lunch specials.Enjoyable lunch by the harbor.
